services we offer to our Customers.
This new A La Carte channel is 24-hour television
network dedicated to the sport of horseracing.
HRTV showcases 15 hours of live racing daily, including exclusive coverage
from 11 legendary racetracks across the country and coverage from 70 other
racetracks from around the world.
Programming includes post parades, odd and
results, live racing and replays from up to 4 tracks at a time.
A live host guides the viewer from track to track
offering handicapping information, selections and valuable insight from racing’s
most knowledgeable and celebrated personalities.
HRTV also
features original programming that goes "behind-the-backstretch" of
horseracing, profiles the sports' athletes, and provides historical racing
information.
We also have coupled this in an optional Mini
Pack with the TV Games, for those who can't get enough of horse racing.

The Weather Channel will not be available on 4DTV.
The Programming Center regrets to inform our customers that we have just been informed that The Weather Channel is broadcast Digitally in a format that is incompatible with 4DTV Receivers used by our customers. Our plans to make this available to our customers unfortunately will not happen at this time, while we will continue to look for other options, we are not optimistic.
The East Coast Networks Are Back! For any customers that previously purchased PT24 thru SRL they will receive a credit for time remaining and may subscribe to the new channels with that credit. They will be sold as a package, all 3 of them together. This will be exclusive to SRL. They are now known as “SRL Networks”

There are a number of channels have been added to the W5 line up, relocating from the C4 satellite. They have been added to the applicable packages. They are listed below.

Fox Business News and Fox Reality have been discontinued.
If you are experiencing problems with TV Games on W5-440 you may need to do a soft reset.
Issues on The Oxygen Channel & Black Belt TV
The Oxygen Channel has been moved to W1, However this service is in a format that is no longer compatible for the 4DTV.
The Programmer is working on a solution to make it compatible for the 4DTV again. But we have no idea how long this will take or if they will find a solution.
We Apologize for the Inconvenience, but unfortunately we were unaware and had no prior notice.
On another note, Black Belt TV has been remapped to W1-300 and it may require a soft reset.

ESPN, Showtime HD, and Daystar are NO Longer Available ON THE BIG DISH
To Prevent the Loss of services at the end of the month, consider the following:
On the last day of every month, Motorola Access Control, sends out a Re-key. This is a signal that keeps all subscribed customers active. It is a requirement that 4DTV Receivers receive this re-key, to remain authorized. Without the re-key; 4DTV receivers do not update properly and likewise lose authorization for subscription programming. Prevention is simple and highly recommended for the last day of each month.
1) Turn the receiver off by 2am Eastern Time. The receiver should move the dish back to Satellite G1 to receive updates, OR:
2) Leave the system on but make sure it is located on any digital Channel that can receive a re-hit. Some examples of channels that can receive re-hits are G1-100, 150, 167 or G5-100 or C3-101 or G0-101.
4DTV Systems commonly tuned into satellite G3 may lose channel authorization at the end of each month without the re-key from Motorola. Satellite G3, is without a data stream capable of receiving re-hits, AKA (Re-authorizations) If the Re-key is not received then a simple re-hit will update the receiver.
Self service re-hits are available 24 hours a day at www.programming-center.net you have obtained a WEBSAMS Log in and pass word (Go to web site above , click on "Order/Payon line", select " order/Rehit services" from drop down menu , and then follow instructions )
Make sure when you request a rehit that the green DC light on the front panel of the 4DTV receiver is in the on position;
otherwise you will need to tune to a different location until the light comes on.
You will only be able to rehit current active services ordered from Satellite Receivers Ltd .
